We do formal appraisals on silverware, but unfortunately in recent years most insurance companies will no longer accept on-line remote only  appraisals nor will they accept appraisers that are not certified with major appraisers associations.    These associations require hundreds of hours of continuing education and we are not set up to be able to keep up with these kinds of hoops and hurdles despite having 54+ years of appraising experience.

If you still want a written replacement appraisal on your items, we charge $150 per hour for this service with a minimum of $100.  We don't charge you anything for you to just receive an offer from us  to sell your silverware pieces or sets.
