Local appointments are available and we are staffed for our walk in hours shown below.
We are always open for our national customers and can make buy offers, receive packages and process and settle payments on your incoming packages even if our local buying location is temporarily closed.
We try to maintain our advertised hours for our local walk in customers in our Salt Lake City buying office,
but we do close it from time to time for vacations, holidays, medical leaves and buying trips.
National Customers we are always open 365 days a year 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

We can be available at almost any other time and day
of the week by appointment which is why our walk in hours are so short so we can have that time available to do personal appointments with customers to examine their silver.

We are open for business as usual.
We are open 24 hours per day 7 days per week and 365 days per year to our national customers. We welcome all emails and selling inquiries anytime, unless noted above. Although our local buyers in Utah may not always be available locally, we always have our
on-line staff and experts available by email or text to answer your questions and help you conduct transactions easily and smoothly through the mail. We also have the office fully attended to receive all incoming packages and send out payments within 24-48 hours upon receipts of those incoming shipments.
If we are unable to be open due to medical emergency or a crisis, we will post that status up above.
